Dr. Gary Wright, DMD
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Gary Wright has been practicing general dentistry and serving families in Lancaster County for over 30 years. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with his bachelor's and dental degrees, Dr. Wright moved to Lancaster and established his own family dentistry practice in 1984 at the Buck near Quarryville which moved to its current location in New Danville in 1987. A father of three and a wonderful husband, Dr. Wright places great importance on the care and comfort of your family. His attention to detail, passion for dentistry, and genuine concern for his patients have resulted in the longtime loyalty of his staff members and patients alike. Dr. Wright contributes the success and ability of his practice wholly to God as he brings his Savior glory in business and in all areas of life.

When not in the office, Dr. Wright enjoys golfing with his wife, boating on the bay, fishing with his boys in Canada, cuddling his grandchildren, watching movies with his kids and three dogs, leading worship at his church, and rooting for his home-team: Go Steelers!
Patricia Wright, RDH
A native of southern Lancaster County near Little Britain and a Temple University graduate, Patty serves part time at our office. She became the original team when she returned to Lancaster after college and met her "Mr. Right" while working as a registered dental hygienist. They married in 1983 and now have three grown children, Jacob, Sarah, and Nathan, and three children-in-love, Anna Marie (married to Jacob), Aaron (married to Sarah), and Laura (married to Nathan). Besides her role as a happy wife and mother, Patty adores playing the part of "YaYa" to her amazing and growing group of grandchildren! Patty is a passionate follower of Jesus and never stops smiling, consistently spreading His love and joy throughout her community, in our office, and on the golf course.
Fact: Patty has a latex allergy! We are therefore a latex-free office.
Crystal Melasecca, CDA
Crystal came to our office as part of her clinical rotation while attending Willow Street Vo-Tech's Dental Assisting program. Upon her graduation, she joined our staff in 2005 and knew that this office was a perfect fit for her! Being a wife, mother, grandmother, and a dental assistant gives her great joy, along with helping others. Crystal loves vacationing at the Outer Banks, NC and in the mountains at their family cabin in Clinton County.
Beth Shenk
The newest member of our dental family, Beth joined our team in June 2023 as receptionist. She enjoys getting to know our patients and feels blessed to be working alongside them and her amazing coworkers. A Lancaster County native, Beth is married and has 4 children. Being a wife and mom keeps her busy outside of work, but she is thankful for the opportunity to be able to manage both. Beth enjoys spending time laughing and sharing God stories with family and friends.

Ericka Sipe, RDH
Ericka joined our team in 1992 after graduating from Pennsylvania College of Technology Dental Hygiene program. From encouraging kids to properly brush their teeth to helping our geriatric population adapt their dental hygiene needs to their lifestyle, she aims to customize the individual's homecare so they can keep their smiles beautiful & healthy. Native to Lancaster County, she and her husband, Joel, have been married for over 30 years. They have two adult children and a soon-to-be son-in-law! Ericka enjoys vacationing at the beach with her family and camping.

Gerry Spong, RDH
Gerry joined our office in the spring of 1992, training and working as a dental assistant for her first few years of employment. She then attended HACC and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been one of our hygienists ever since. She and her husband Brian have been married for over 25 years and have a daughter, Emma. Gerry loves the role of wife and mother and enjoys our family of patients and educating them on the importance of good hygiene to help with their overall health. She and her family love spending time at their cabin at Raystown Lake.
Terry Tucker, EFDA
Terry is a graduate of Willow Street Vo-Tech's Dental Assisting program and Harcum College's EFDA program. In 1985, after moving to the "Southern End" of the county, she was recruited by Dr. Wright's wife to join her and Dr. Wright in their practice at “the Buck.” She is blessed by the closeness she shares with her co-workers and loves getting to know our patients and their families. Raised in Lancaster, she is a graduate of Lampeter Strasburg High School. Terry has a heart for mission work and has been to Haiti and most recently traveled to Belize with Dr. Wright and Patty to do dental work. She and her husband Don have been married for over 40 years. They have 2 sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law. In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, spending time at their family cabin, Penn State Football, and riding their Side x Side.
